Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (NASDAQ; ORIG)
Successfully represented Ocean Rig UDW and its affiliates as lead litigation counsel in a contested Chapter 15 bankruptcy proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. ORIG prevailed after an evidentiary hearing.

Defending George Economou in a fraudulent conveyance action pending in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and in a shareholder dilution action pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
