Steve has been practicing law for more than 20 years, 15 of them as a litigation partner in a major, international law firm. Steve has broad experience resolving business disputes, including those relating to failed business partnerships, sales of businesses, investment disputes, litigation and arbitration of supply agreement issues, enforcement of lender rights, credit-crisis related issues, and accountant’s liability, to name a few. Steve has represented clients in New York state and federal courts, and around the country, as well as in arbitrations both domestically and abroad.

Steve earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991, with High Honors. He went on to attend the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Associate Editor of the Michigan Law Review, and earned his J.D. in 1994 cum laude.
